This complete 3LPE coating line integrates internal external shot blasting derusting, energy-efficient intermediate frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE powder spraying, hot melt adhesive extrusion, outer PE cladding, water spray cooling, pipe end beveling and full PLC automatic control system. It realizes one-time synchronous forming of internal Fusion Bonded Epoxy layer, middle adhesive layer and external 3LPE polyethylene protective layer, meeting international anti-corrosion standards and ideal for long-distance buried steel pipe protection in industrial pipeline networks.
Coating Principle
Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder coating adopts non-toxic thermosetting raw materials. After high-temperature curing, it forms a high-molecular cross-linked dense protective structure with outstanding chemical anti-corrosion, wear resistance, anti-aging and mechanical strength. The FBE base layer closely bonds with steel pipe surface, delivering excellent adhesion, acid alkali resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance - a critical performance standard for industrial pipeline coating.
The middle polymer adhesive layer perfectly combines with uncured epoxy powder, then tightly covers the outer polyethylene layer, forming a stable three-layer anti-corrosion system - the core technical advantage of this professional energy-saving buried pipe anti-corrosion equipment.
