Internal Pipe Bore Shot Blasting Machine for Steel Pipe Derusting with 89 - 4200 mm Range, Automated Indexing and Rotation, and Closed-Loop Shot Recovery

This internal shot blasting line is specifically engineered to clean the inside surface of steel pipes before internal lining applications. Designed for FBE (fusion bonded epoxy), liquid epoxy, or cement mortar lining processes used in oil, gas, and water pipelines, this system utilizes a rotating spinner-wheel blast head that travels the entire length of the pipe bore.

Unlike external blasting systems that clean pipe exteriors for 3LPE/3PE coating, this machine throws steel shot against the internal wall to uniformly strip rust, mill scale, and contaminants from end to end. The system ensures full, even coverage inside pipes ranging from 3-12 meters in length while maintaining consistent shot velocity and impact angle throughout the process.
