Product Description

Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating production line is used for applying anti-corrosion coatings on steel pipes of various diameters in the factory. The line can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 3 layer PE. The three-layer PE anticorrsion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer. It is widely used for the corrosion protection of oil&gas transmission pipelines, urban gas&water supply pipelines and other fluid transmission pipelines.

3LPE anti-corrosion coating can enhance the mechanical properties of pipelines, with high electrical insulation, waterproofing, wear resistance and anti-aging performance.
