Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe production line independently developed and designed by our company on the basis of advanced foreign technologies.It mainly adopts polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials to produce single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.
Application:
It is widely used in urban water supply and drainage, underground infiltration, construction water supply and drainage, wire and cable laying, bridge steel cable sheathing, agricultural irrigation and other fields. It will gradually replace the plastic pipe, cement pipe, cast iron pipe due to low assembly cost, easy operation, convenient connection and economical construction. Our Advantages
Higher production speed: mold adopts continuous circumferential pressure water cooling along the entire running track, delivering superior cooling effect. The output can be up to 3 times higher than models with air cooling or conventional water cooling

This fourth-generation high-speed water-cooling line is suitable for the high-speed extrusion of PE and PP materials.
The line adopts a dual-extruder co-extrusion forming process and is equipped with B&R professional control systems for double-wall corrugated pipe production. It features a high degree of automation and stable operation.
For even greater energy savings, customers may opt for original ABB inverter motors and frequency converters.
