3LPE Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating Line with FBE Powder Coating for Oil & Gas Pipelines
The 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line is designed for external corrosion protection of steel pipes used in oil, gas, water transmission, and industrial pipeline projects.3PE coating line is to make anti-corrosion of kinds of steel pipes, such as single layer FBE, double layer FBE, double layer PE, double layer PP and 3PE.
The line includes systems of steel pipe transportation, surface disposal, dust catching, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying, coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system.
The coating structure consists of:
• First Layer: FBE Epoxy Powder (≥120μm)
• Second Layer: Adhesive Layer (170–250μm)
• Third Layer: Polyethylene Layer (1.8–4.2mm)
This three-layer structure provides excellent adhesion, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and long-term corrosion protection.
