508-1620mm PUR Spray PE Wrapping Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Line for District Heating

The system integrates three core production sections into one turnkey line: an external pipe shot blasting and derusting line, a polyurethane spray foaming line, and a PE wrap winding production line.

This advanced polyurethane foam pipe insulation system is supported by multiple national utility patents, has obtained a third-party certified Level 5 technology rating, meets domestic leading industrial standards, and has been honored as Shandong Province First Set of Technical Equipment.
