Steel Pipe Internal External FBE Powder Coating & Liquid Paint Spraying Line
This high-efficiency production line integrates automated shot blasting rust removal, electrostatic Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder coating, and heavy-duty liquid paint spraying into a unified system. Engineered for both the inner and outer walls of large-diameter steel pipes, this dual-application plant is the premier anti-corrosion solution for high-stakes pipeline infrastructure.
The treated pipes feature a uniform, dense, and continuous barrier with exceptional chemical resistance against acids, alkalis, and salts. Its smooth internal finish reduces hydraulic frictional drag, significantly optimizing long-distance fluid transmission efficiency. This system is widely specified for manufacturing oil and gas transmission pipelines, municipal water networks, and industrial chemical fluid lines.
Epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating. After curing, it forms a high-molecular cross-linked structure coating, which has excellent chemical anti-corrosion performance and mechanical strength. Its base layer is bonded and cured on the surface of the steel pipe to form a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance. Polymer adhesives bond epoxy powder before gelation and connect the top layer of polyethylene, making the three-layer structure closely combined into one.
Beyond dry powder application, this machinery features an integrated liquid industrial paint spraying system. This enables the production line to effortlessly handle liquid epoxy coatings, specialized liquid anti-corrosion paints, and the critical adhesive-to-polyethylene interlayers required for standard 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) pipe production.

Question & Answer:
Q1. What is the size of the pipe diameter? Can your equipment produce?
A: We can produce four main models:
Diameter of steel Pipe:
325-1820 mm
508-2540 mm
508-1620 mm
1000-3600 mm
508-4200 mm
Q2. What is the Descaling grade?
A: SA2.5?
Q3. What is your anticorrosion coating standard?
A: It can meet SY/T0413-2002, GB/T23257-2009, German DIN 30670, DIN 30678, and coating specification requirements from American Corrosion Association, and DNV. The product pipe fully complies with SY/T0315-2005, CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and the Canadian American Corrosion Association standards.
Q4. What is the Delivery Time
A: 2-3 months after deposit.
Q5. Production output:
A: It is different output capability as different pipe diameters; the Max is 3 to 8 km/day, and the annual processing capacity is 2 million square meters (Φ508 mm).
Q6. Coating thickness:
A: 80~800um
Q7. Which country did you sell your 3PE equipment to?
A. We have produced nearly 50 sets of 3PE processing lines at home and abroad. Such as Russia, Iran, UAE, Iran, India, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and so on.
Q8. After-sales service:
A: Warranty period:
Before delivery, all the equipment must be trial-operated to confirm the quantity perfectly.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of pick-up for the mechanical part, and 6 months for the electrical part. The seller provides free technical services and provides training and guidance to buyer operators.
