This TPEP steel pipe FBE/3LPE anti-corrosion coating line is a fully automatic, integrated coating system specifically designed for factory anti-corrosion treatment of large-diameter steel pipes. It supports multi-layer coating processes, including FBE single layer, 2LPE, 2LPP, and 3LPE, making it widely applicable in oil and gas pipelines, oilfield engineering, central heating systems, municipal water supply, and buried pipeline construction projects.

This complete 3LPE coating line integrates internal and external shot blasting derusting, intermediate frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE powder spraying, hot-melt adhesive extrusion, outer PE cladding, water spray cooling, pipe end beveling, and a full PLC automatic control system. It achieves onetime simultaneous forming of the internal FBE epoxy layer, the middle adhesive layer, and the external 3LPE polyethylene protective layer, meeting international anti-corrosion standards and offering an ideal solution for long-distance buried steel pipe protection.
