High-Efficiency PE Insulated Pipe Manufacturing Line with Vacuum Calibration

The High-Efficiency PE Insulated Pipe Manufacturing Line with Vacuum Calibration produces rigid "pipe-in-pipe" structures consisting of steel or galvanized steel carrier pipes, polyurethane foam insulation layers, and protective outer jacket pipes made of high-density polyethylene for underground installation or galvanized steel sheets for above-ground applications.

Structural rigidity is achieved through strong bonds between the steel pipe, polyurethane insulation layer, and jacket pipe. The process includes pre-shot blast or blast cleaning of steel pipe surfaces, optimal polyurethane insulation performance, and corona treatment of polyethylene pipe surfaces.

Application
This equipment is designed for extrusion of HDPE casing pipe (jacket pipe), which serves as a protective cover for rigid pre-insulated pipes in district heating, hot water, or chilled water piping systems. Suitable for diameter range: 110-2000mm.
