Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe in the factory with various diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.

According to customer demand for the production of different specifications products.
Through long-term efforts Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co.Ltd. has produced 3PE coating production line, so that meetthe demand of more customer. It indicating the direction of the 3PE coating production line with high performance.

3PE coating line is to make anti-corrosion of kinds of steel pipes, such as single layer FBE, double layer FBE, double layer PE, double layer PP and 3PE. 
The line includes systems of steel pipe transportation, surface disposal, dust catching, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying, coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system. 

The 3LPE anti-corrosion coating consists of three layers:

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) Layer– Provides excellent adhesion, chemical corrosion resistance, and cathodic disbondment resistance.

Adhesive Layer – A copolymer binder that creates a strong bond between the FBE primer and polyethylene layer.

Polyethylene (PE) Layer – Offers outstanding mechanical protection, impact resistance, and long-term durability.

This three-layer structure combines the advantages of epoxy adhesion, adhesive bonding, and polyethylene protection, ensuring excellent anti-corrosion performance for buried steel pipelines. It is widely used in oil & gas transmission, water supply, and urban gas pipeline projects worldwide.

Technological processes:
Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, s end→unload pipes

The line can be customized to fit individual layout and application.
