Product Overview

The fiber reinforced 3-layer heat shrinkable sleeve backing film production line is designed for manufacturing on-site joint PE heat-shrinkable sleeves used in buried pipeline applications. Constructed from PE/PP materials, this system is specifically engineered for anti-corrosion joints in oil, natural gas, and water pipelines. It is suitable for 3LPE/PP pipelines, pre-insulated pipe end sealing, and HDPE corrugated pipes.

Production Line Configuration

This comprehensive production line integrates multiple advanced components including fiber uncoiler machine, fiber net pre-heaters device, fiber net finisher, two sets of single screw extruder, multi-layer extrusion die melt, rollers calendering, cooling frame, haul-off, color net, and PLC control system.

High Tensile Strength

The new three-layer composite heat-shrinkable tape incorporates a high-strength glass fiber cloth layer within the 1.2mm PE substrate, delivering twice the tensile strength of ordinary heat-shrinkable tapes, reaching up to 38MPa/m².

Enhanced Shrinkage Rate

While general heat-shrinkable tapes offer 30-40% shrinkage, our optimized formula and process increases shrinkage by 2.5 times to over 70%, ensuring tighter joint wrapping and superior sealing.

Superior Adhesion Performance

Utilizing special sealing hot-melt adhesive and polyethylene substrate with high radiation-cross-linked polyolefin, our product provides excellent adhesion to steel pipe surfaces and solid epoxy coatings, resulting in high mechanical strength, superior anti-aging properties, and exceptional environmental stress resistance.

Wide Application Range

Suitable for pipe diameters from DN200 to 3000mm. We also offer customized electric-fusion sleeve pipe fittings for various anti-corrosion applications in petroleum, natural gas, heating, and tap water pipelines.
