Production Line Overview Extrusion Line Operation Pipe Production Process
Component Details
High-efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Features a barrier & mixing head and new model barrel with slotting (channel), ensuring excellent gelation, large output, and stable performance.
Die-Head: The inner surface contacting plastic materials is polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. Pipe wall thickness uniformity is adjustable by bolts. The copper calibrating sleeve cools the freshly formed pipe and calibrates its outer diameter.
Vacuum Calibration Tank: Consists of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts air from the sealed tank to pressurize the pipe, which clings to the calibrating copper sleeve, ensuring proper diameter. Spray nozzles cool the pipe surface from all directions.
Hauling Machine: Comprises driving device, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate, and foundation bed. Driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control for adaptation to different extrusion speeds.
Cutting Machine: Utilizes blade punching principle for dust-free cutting. Includes cutting, clamping, and synchronous movement devices for efficiency.
Control System: Entire production line controlled by advanced PLC system with user-friendly interface. All technical parameters can be set and monitored via touch screen. Customizable control systems available based on requirements.
