The PE-Vacuum Calibration Insulation Pipe Production Line is advanced machinery designed for manufacturing pre-insulated pipes used in energy-saving trenchless pipeline installations. These pipes feature rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation within a protective outer casing, making them ideal for heating networks with a working pressure of 1.6 MPa and water temperatures up to 403°K (130°C), with short-term tolerance up to 423°K (150°C).
