The Steel Pipe PE O-Type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion Coating Machine is a complete production system designed for 3LPE, 2LPE, and FBE anti-corrosion coating applications on steel pipes. The line integrates steel pipe conveying, shot blasting and derusting, dust collection, intermediate frequency heating, electrostatic epoxy powder spraying, PE and adhesive extrusion coating, water cooling, pipe end trimming, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, detection systems, and PLC intelligent control.
