This advanced production system is supported by multiple national utility patents, has obtained a third-party certified Level 5 technology rating, meets domestic leading industrial standards, and has been honored as Shandong Province First Set of Technical Equipment.
Equipped with a continuous PUR spraying process, this fully automated line delivers high production efficiency, reduced raw material consumption, and optimized energy savings. It ensures excellent polyurethane foaming quality, high closed-cell ratio, low water absorption, and a stable trinity molding structure.
