This TPEP Steel Pipe FBE 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is a fully automatic integrated steel pipe anti-corrosion coating machinery specially built for factory anti-corrosion treatment of large diameter steel pipes. It supports multi-layer coating processes including FBE single layer, 2LPE, 2LPP and 3LPE anti-corrosion coating, widely used in oil gas pipeline, oilfield engineering, central heating, municipal water supply and buried pipeline construction projects.
This complete 3LPE coating line integrates internal external shot blasting derusting, intermediate frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE powder spraying, hot melt adhesive extrusion, outer PE cladding, water spray cooling, pipe end beveling and full PLC automatic control system. It realizes one-time synchronous forming of internal FBE epoxy layer, middle adhesive layer and external 3LPE polyethylene protective layer, meeting international anti-corrosion standards and ideal for long-distance buried steel pipe protection.
FBE epoxy powder coating adopts non-toxic thermosetting raw materials. After high-temperature curing, it forms a high-molecular cross-linked dense protective structure with outstanding chemical anti-corrosion, wear resistance, anti-aging and mechanical strength. The FBE base layer closely bonds with steel pipe surface, delivering excellent adhesion, acid alkali resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance.
The middle polymer adhesive layer perfectly combines with uncured epoxy powder, then tightly covers the outer polyethylene layer, forming a stable three-layer anti-corrosion system - the core technical advantage of professional buried pipe anti-corrosion equipment.
