The Steel Pipe FBE 3PE Dual Layer Coating Line with Integrated Shot Blasting features an outer anti-corrosion layer composed of a bottom layer of epoxy powder, an intermediate layer of adhesive, and an outer layer of polyethylene composite. This structure provides high mechanical strength and excellent electrical insulation performance.
The 200mm-1420mm anti-corrosion coating production line is designed for anti-corrosion coating of larger diameter steel pipes, making it widely applicable in various engineering construction projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil field applications.
