Rust Removal
First, the surface of the steel pipe is derusted, usually by shot blasting or sand blasting, to ensure that the surface is clean and free of rust, oil and other impurities. Preheating: The cleaned steel pipe is preheated so that the subsequent polyurethane foam can better adhere to the steel pipe surface.
Polyurethane spray molding line
The polyurethane raw materials (isocyanate and polyol) are mixed in a high-pressure foaming machine and evenly sprayed onto the surface of the preheated steel pipe. The polyurethane raw materials rapidly foam on the surface of the steel pipe, forming an insulating layer.
Polyethylene sheet extruding winding line
Polyethylene (PE) is wrapped around the polyurethane insulation layer to form an outer sheath. Cooling and shaping: The wrapped pipe is cooled and shaped to ensure that the outer sheath and insulation layer are tightly bonded to form a stable structure.
