Innovative 3 LPE Coating Line of O-Style For Steel Pipe 

A complete set of 3LPE Extrusion Wrapping Coating Line Anti-Corrosion 3LPE 2LPE FBE Coating Machine includes systems of steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collector, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying powder, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system. 

O - Style extrusion for 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipe has good chemical resistance: 
it can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical media,,such as acids, bases, salts, oxidants, etc,suitable for medium transportation in different environments, prolong the service life of steel pipe. This kind of anti corrosive steel pipe is widely used in oil, natural gas transmission pipelines, water supply and drainage pipelines and many other fields.

First Stage: load pipe → Pipes screw conveyor → Shot-blasting process → Unloading pipe. 

Second Stage: Load pipe → Traction machine → intermediate frequency heating → Epoxy powder coating→ middle layer adhesive → upper layer of polyethylene coating → cooling spray → pipes screw conveyor → grinding pipe ends → unloading pipe
