The Radiation Cross-Linked HDPE Heat Shrink Tape Production Line is a modern, intelligent system integrating high efficiency, energy conservation and precise control. It consists of an LDPE base material extrusion line, a heat shrink tape gluing line, forming processing equipment and auxiliary devices. With low energy consumption and low noise as its core advantages, the complete unit supports precise speed regulation, is equipped with an intelligent operating system, and meets the production requirements of high-standard anti-corrosion materials.

Product process flow :

  1. The PE back film extrusion line produces PE film according to customer requirements.
  2. The PE back film is sent to a professional irradiation company for radiation crosslinking treatment with the appropriate radiation dose, ensuring the sleeve has excellent fire resistance and tensile strength.
  3. The irradiated back film is put into the heat shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating line for coating. During this process, the heat shrinkable sleeve substrate is first stretched twice to ensure good shrinkage rate, then hot melt adhesive with a unique formula is extruded by a professional reaction vessel and bonded with the back film, resulting in high peel strength of the finished product.
