The polyurethane PERT pre-insulation pipe-internationally known as a flexible pre-insulated pipe-is defined in Chinese standards as Type II Heat-Resistant Polyethylene Low-Temperature Direct-Buried Heating Pipe.

Steel pipe loading → Pipe clamping & conveying → PE jacket extruding → PU foaming → Hydraulic correction of foam layer → Spray cooling → Positioner correction → Pipe connector cutting → Electric acceleration pipe removal → Heat shrink band end protection → Finished pipe inspection → Marking, packaging & offloading
