The Huashida HDPE Structured Wall Spiral Pipe Production Line is an advanced engineering solution for manufacturing heavy-duty Weholite and hollow-wall corrugated pipes. Designed for high-density polyethylene (HDPE), this line produces pipes with a unique I-Beam structured wall that offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and high ring stiffness.

As an ideal replacement for traditional cement and cast iron pipes, the resulting structured wall spiral pipes provide up to 50 years of service life. These systems are specifically engineered for municipal sewage, large-scale drainage, and industrial wastewater networks, offering superior resistance to chemical corrosion (acids, alkalis, and salts) and external load pressure.

Technological Process

Our hollow-wall extrusion line utilizes a two-part synchronized process to ensure structural integrity:

Profile Extrusion: Raw Material → Vacuum Feeding → Single Screw Extrusion → Vacuum Calibration → Spray Cooling → Traction.
Spiral Winding & Welding: Profile Pipe → Single Screw Glue Extrusion → Spiral Winding & Forming → Water Cooling → Precision Cutting → Inspection & Packing.
