The PE series pre-insulated pipe extrusion line, designed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. with advanced German extrusion technology, features an integrated system for extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, pulling, cutting, and stacking. It delivers high automation, large extrusion capacity, stable performance, and long service life.

Compared with internal pressure calibration methods, the vacuum calibration method offers superior pipe stiffness, pressure resistance, and surface smoothness, making it the most advanced and popular technology in the world.

Application

This production line is specially designed for manufacturing the outer HDPE casing pipes used in PUF (polyurethane foam) pre-insulated pipelines, widely applied in energy-saving heating networks and trenchless pipeline laying.
