Production Process Flow


I. HDPE Jacket Extrusion Journey


  1. Vacuum Feeding: Automatic transport of PE granules to eliminate manual contamination.

  2. Hot Air Drying: Ensures material purity and prevents bubbles in the pipe wall.

  3. Plasticizing Extrusion: High-efficiency melting via our SJ-series single screw extruders.

II. PU Foaming "Pipe-in-Pipe" Process
