Product Description
Our steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is designed to carry out anti-corrosion coating processing for steel pipes of different diameters within the factory. This equipment has found wide application in various engineering construction projects, particularly in sectors such as heating pipeline construction, natural gas transmission, and oilfield operations.
This production line supports multiple anti-corrosion coating solutions, covering single-layer FBE, double-layer FBE, double-layer PE, double-layer PP, and 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating systems.
Specifically, the 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating system is composed of three functional layers: the bottom fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) primer layer, the intermediate adhesive bonding layer, and the outer polyethylene protective layer.
Application
As an advanced anti-corrosion solution, the three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) coating acts as the reliable outer protective layer for buried steel pipelines. It has been widely adopted in the anti-corrosion treatment for various fluid transmission pipelines, covering oil & gas transmission pipelines, urban gas supply systems, water supply pipelines and other similar pipeline engineering projects.
This 3LPE anti-corrosion coating can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of pipelines, while delivering excellent performance in electrical insulation, water resistance, wear resistance and anti-aging capability.
