Flexible PERT Insulated Pipe Production Line with Continuous Foaming and Automatic Single-screw Operation

Flexible polymer pre insulated pipes are a structure consisting of a pressure pipe, a layer of thermal insulation and a protective polyethylene shell.
They are extensively used in district heating and cooling networks, industrial process piping, and pre-insulated piping systems for hot and cold water supply. Their design makes them ideal for both above-ground and direct burial installations, particularly in urban infrastructure projects where space is constrained and reliability is critical.

The Flexible polymer pre insulated pipes production line is an advanced equipment for producing polymer pressure inner pipes (PERT, PEX) and insulating the inner pipes with polyurethane foam.
The characteristic of this production line is that the pouring process of polyurethane foam is continuous. The inner pipe is continuously conveyed into the pouring area together with the polyurethane foam mixture, then coated and formed with a film, and then passed through a round die head to be coated with the outer protective layer extruded by the extruder.
The pipe coated with the PE outer protective layer can be coiled or cut to a fixed length after passing through the water cooling zone.
