1.Product Overview

The Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line is a high-speed, water-cooled system independently developed by our company, integrating advanced international technology. It is designed to process polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials, enabling the efficient production of both single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.

With a specially engineered structure, the pipes produced feature light weight, excellent impact resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and reliable performance under both high and low temperatures. These advantages make them suitable for a wide range of applications, including urban drainage and water supply systems, geotechnical infiltration, building water supply and drainage, power and communication cable protection (PEF), bridge cable sheathing, as well as agricultural irrigation.

3.Production line composition:

1)Extruder:
Single-screw extruders offer a simple structure and low cost, making them suitable for applications where production requirements are not particularly high.
Twin-screw extruders offer improved plasticizing, mixing performance, and extrusion stability, enabling them to process a wider range of raw materials and achieving higher production efficiency.

2)Corrugated Forming Machine:
This allows the installed corrugated forming module to operate continuously and stably, providing the vacuuming and cooling functions required for corrugation. The design of the module's operating track significantly impacts the machine's service life and pipe quality.

3)Cooling System:
Water cooling, air cooling, or a combination of both is typically used. Water cooling offers high cooling efficiency, quickly reducing pipe temperature and improving production efficiency and pipe quality.
Air cooling is relatively simple and low-cost, making it suitable for applications where cooling speed is not a priority.

4)Cutting Equipment:
Planetary cutters or fully automatic corrugated pipe cutters are typically used, enabling precise cutting of formed double-wall corrugated pipe to a set length, achieving high cutting accuracy and smooth cuts.

5)Control System:
The advanced PLC control system enables precise control and coordinated operation of all production line components. It monitors and adjusts various process parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and speed, in real time to ensure consistent product quality.
