This production line represents our independently developed, new-generation solution for high-speed, water-cooled corrugated pipe manufacturing, incorporating advanced international technology.

Utilizing polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as primary raw materials, it produces high-quality single and double-wall corrugated pipes. The unique corrugated structure of these pipes provides exceptional advantages, including light weight, high impact strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range.

Consequently, they are widely applied in urban drainage & water supply, infiltration systems, building plumbing, cable ducting, bridge cable protection, agricultural irrigation, and more.

1. Sealed & Efficient Cooling: The mold carrier employs a sealed water-cooling structure where left and right modules move along a closed-curve path. A uniquely designed circulating water circuit ensures highly reliable and effective cooling with minimal hydraulic impact, guaranteeing consistent production stability and superior pipe surface quality.

2. Robust & Precise Drive System: A gear-driven mechanism ensures smooth operation with automatic wear compensation, low noise, long service life, and high synchronization accuracy between modules.
