Huashida's independently developed PUR Spray & PE Wrapping Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line (suitable for 508-1620 mm steel pipes) integrates three core sections: an external pipe shot blasting and rust removal line, a polyurethane spray foaming line, and a PE wrap winding line.

This advanced production system is supported by multiple national utility patents and has received a Level 5 technology rating from a third-party evaluation, meeting domestic leading industry standards. It has also been recognized as a "First Set of Technical Equipment" in Shandong Province.

The line adopts a continuous PUR spraying process and is fully automated, delivering high production efficiency, reduced raw material consumption, and optimized energy savings. It ensures excellent polyurethane foaming quality, a high closed-cell rate, low water absorption, and a stable three-in-one (trinity) molded structure.
