Steel Pipe Coating Line for 3LPE Anti-corrosion with 50-4200mm Pipe Diameter and SA2.5 Surface Treatment Using Induction Heating

The steel pipe anticorrosion coating line is utilized for applying anticorrosion coatings to steel pipes in the factory with various diameters, which is more commonly used in different types of engineering projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil fields.

The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE Anticorrosion coating.
3 LPE Anticorrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer PE layer.

                 

The 3LPE Anticorrosion coating is a sophisticated technology for the outer protective layer of buried pipes, extensively utilized in the corrosion protection of gas and oil transport pipelines, urban gas distribution, water supply pipes, and other fluid conveyance pipelines.

The 3LPE Anticorrosion coating can enhance the mechanical characteristics of the pipeline with high electrical resistance, waterproofing, abrasion resistance, and aging resistance performance.
