Automatic 3LPE Coating Pipe Production Line with Induction Heating and SA2.5 Blasting for Steel Pipes

The 3PE anti-corrosion coating production line applies a three-layer protective structure to steel pipes, extending their service life from the conventional 5-10 years to 50-100 years.

• First layer (FBE): Fusion bonded epoxy coating, thickness ≥ 100 µm
• Second layer (AD): Adhesive layer, thickness 170-250 µm
• Third layer (PE): Polyethylene outer layer, thickness 2.5-3.7 mm

In recent years, this technology has been widely adopted in intensive pipeline anti-corrosion engineering projects.

The three-layer PE process, with the epoxy powder coating as bottom layer, binding and bundling through polyethylene PE and adhesive, is widely used in anticorrosion of steel pipes at home and abroad, and applied to the oil pipeline and gas pipeline, as well as to the gas supply and water supply for civil use.

The three-layer PE anticorrosion structure includes fusion bonded epoxy-powder bottom layer, polymer adhesive middle layer and polyethylene top layer. The epoxy powder is a kind of thermosetting nontoxic coating, forming the high molecular weight cross-linking structure coating after solidifying, featuring good chemical anticorrosion and higher mechanical properties. The function of epoxy powder bottom layer is to form continuous coating, providing excellent adhension by agglutinate and solidifying the steel tube surface with good chemical resistance and cathodic disbanding resistance. The function of polymer adhesive is to agglutinate the epoxy powder before gelation, and to agglutinate the polyethylene top layer, which unites all three layers together.

Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, send→unload pipes

A: It can meet SY/T0413-2002 ,GB/T23257-2009, German DIN 30670 , DIN 30678 and coating specification requirements from American Corrosion Association, and DNV . The product pipe fully complies with SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.

A: It is different output capability as different pipe diameter, the Max. is 3 to 8 km/day, and annual processing capacity is 2 million square meters (Φ508 mm).

A: Warranty period:
Before delivery all the equipment must be trial operated to confirm the quantity perfectly.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of pick-up for mechanical part , and 6 months for the electrical part.
