• High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder: Features a specialized barrier and mixing head screw combined with a new slotted (channel) barrel. This configuration guarantees excellent plasticization, large output, and stable performance.
• Precision Die-Head: Composed of a mandril, spiral body, and copper calibrating sleeve. The internal surfaces are polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. Bolts allow for the adjustment of wall thickness uniformity.
• Vacuum Calibration Tank: Built with a stainless steel tank and a multi-directional spray cooling system. The vacuum pump creates a pressure differential that forces the fresh pipe against the copper sleeve, ensuring perfect outer diameter calibration and rapid cooling.
• Frequency-Controlled Haul-off Machine: Driven by an AC motor with frequency conversion to match extrusion speeds perfectly. Includes an automatic length-measuring device for precision cutting.
• No-Dust Cutting System: Utilizes a blade punching principle for clean, dust-free cuts. Includes a synchronous movement device to maintain accuracy during continuous production.
• Intelligent Control System: The complete line is controlled by a PLC with a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI). All technical parameters are easily set and monitored via the touch screen.
• Automatic Discharging Frame: Features a stainless steel surface with a pneumatic overturn system for automatic discharging.
