The HUASHIDA HDPE Thin-Wall Casing Extruder is a high-speed, energy-saving system designed specifically for producing the protective outer jackets of PU foam thermal pre-insulated pipes.  Core Equipment Details

1. High-Efficiency Single Screw Extruder

Features a specialized barrier and mixing head screw combined with a new slotted (channel) barrel. This configuration guarantees excellent plasticization, large output, and stable performance.

2. Precision Die-Head

Composed of a mandril, spiral body, and copper calibrating sleeve. The internal surfaces are polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. Bolts allow for the adjustment of wall thickness uniformity.

3. Vacuum Calibration Tank

Built with a stainless steel tank and a multi-directional spray cooling system. The vacuum pump creates a pressure differential that forces the fresh pipe against the copper sleeve, ensuring perfect outer diameter calibration and rapid cooling.

4. Frequency-Controlled Haul-off Machine

Driven by an AC motor with frequency conversion to match extrusion speeds perfectly. Includes an automatic length-measuring device for precision cutting.

5. No-Dust Cutting System

Utilizes a blade punching principle for clean, dust-free cuts. Includes a synchronous movement device to maintain accuracy during continuous production.

6. Intelligent Control System

The complete line is controlled by a PLC with a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI). All technical parameters are easily set and monitored via the touch screen.

7. Automatic Discharging Frame

Features a stainless steel surface with a pneumatic overturn system for automatic discharging.
