The production process consists of three main stages:

• PERT Inner Pipe Extrusion: High-quality PERT raw materials are processed through precision extrusion to produce inner pipes with excellent resistance to high temperature and pressure, ensuring uniform wall thickness and smooth surface finish.
• HDPE Outer Jacket Production: Advanced extrusion system produces HDPE outer jackets that provide strong protection against moisture, corrosion, and mechanical damage.
• PU Foam Insulation: The inner PERT pipe is inserted into the HDPE outer pipe, followed by high-pressure injection of polyurethane foam into the space between them. The foam expands and cures to form a dense, uniform insulation layer that significantly reduces heat loss and enhances energy efficiency.
