Our Steel Elbow 3PE Anti-Corrosion Production Line is specifically designed for hot-bent pipes, elbows, and certain structural parts of a suitable size, offering a one-stop, highly efficient, fully automated solution for anti-corrosion protection.

This integrated production line combines key processes such as shot blasting, intermediate frequency heating, 3PE coating, and rapid cooling into a single, continuous workflow. It not only thoroughly removes rust, mill scale, and welding slag from the pipe surface but also eliminates welding stress. The shot blasting process also enhances surface roughness, significantly improving the adhesion of the epoxy powder or 3PE coating, thereby fully boosting the pipe's anti-corrosion and mechanical performance.
