The Advanced Haul-Off Machine (also called a traction unit) is a critical downstream component in HDPE/PE pipe extrusion lines. It is designed to continuously pull the extruded pipe from the cooling system at a controlled and synchronized speed, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

In a typical HDPE pipe production line, the haul-off machine operates after:

• Extruder
• Vacuum calibration tank
• Cooling tank

It ensures stable pipe movement before cutting and stacking.

• Multi-pillar / multi-claw design (2-12 belts or claws)
