This extrusion line is specifically designed for manufacturing HDPE outer protective casing pipes used in pre-insulated thermal pipe systems. It efficiently extrudes high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material to form durable, corrosion-resistant jacket pipes that encapsulate insulated steel or PEX carrier pipes for district heating, cooling, and industrial pipeline applications.

The production line integrates material feeding, extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, hauling, cutting, and stacking into a fully automated process. Key features include stable output, precise dimensional control, and excellent surface finish to ensure reliable thermal insulation protection and extended service life in underground or overhead installations.
