High-Speed Fully Automatic HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line with High Ring Stiffness

The HDPE hollow wall corrugated pipes (also known as structured wall pipes) produced by this line feature a unique structural design, offering high ring stiffness, excellent impact strength, and low weight.

Thanks to these advantages, they are widely used in municipal sewage and drainage systems, gradually replacing traditional pipes such as cement pipes and cast iron pipes. Their low installation cost, easy operation, convenient connection, and economical construction give them broad application prospects and strong market potential.

This production line is a new type of high-speed water-cooled corrugated pipe extrusion line, independently developed and designed by our company based on advanced foreign technologies. It primarily uses polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as raw materials to produce single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.
