The Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating Line (3PE / FBE Coating Line) is specifically designed for applying corrosion-resistant coatings onto steel pipes of various diameters. It is extensively used in oil and gas pipelines, natural gas transmission, district heating networks, and water supply systems.

This coating line supports multiple coating types, including:

• FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy)
• 2-layer PE / PP
• 3-layer PE (3LPE)

It delivers excellent corrosion protection, strong adhesion, and a long service life, making it a reliable solution for critical pipeline infrastructure.

The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE Anti-corrosion coating.

3 layer PE Anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.

Three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) anti-corrosion coating is an advanced technology used as the outer protective layer for buried pipelines. It is widely applied in the anti-corrosion protection of oil and gas transmission pipelines, urban gas supply networks, water supply pipelines, and other fluid conveyance systems.

The 3LPE coating enhances the mechanical properties of pipelines, offering high electrical resistance, excellent waterproofing, outstanding durability, and strong aging resistance.
