Product Description

The 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) anti-corrosion steel pipe production line is designed for the external anti-corrosion coating of steel pipes used in oil, gas, water supply, district heating, and industrial pipeline systems.

The 3LPE anti-corrosion structure consists of three layers:

1. Base Layer – Epoxy Powder Coating (FBE)
Provides strong adhesion to the steel pipe surface and excellent corrosion resistance.

2. Middle Layer – Copolymer Adhesive
Ensures a firm bond between the epoxy layer and the polyethylene outer layer.

3. Outer Layer – High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Offers outstanding mechanical protection, low water absorption, and strong environmental adaptability.

This three-layer structure combines the anti-corrosion performance of epoxy powder, the bonding strength of adhesive, and the durability of polyethylene, significantly improving the service life of steel pipelines.
