This equipment is compatible with a wide range of steel pipe diameters, including Φ325-1200mm, Φ325-1620mm, Φ325-1820mm, Φ508-1620mm, Φ508-2540mm, Φ508-3600mm, and perfectly matches seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes, straight welded pipes for diversified processing needs.
The intelligent integrated system realizes synchronous coating construction: appliesFusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating to the inner pipe wall and three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) external coating at the same time, forming a seamless, fully bonded high-density protective layer. Equipped with a professional external shot blasting derusting system, it stably meets the strict SA2.5 surface cleaning standard, ensuring uniform surface treatment and greatly enhancing coating adhesion. The finished coated pipes feature superior corrosion resistance, outstanding mechanical strength, excellent moisture and impact resistance, with a service life of over 50 years, fully meeting the long-term anti-corrosion requirements of various critical pipeline engineering.
