HUASHIDA's Internal FBE / External 3LPE Coating Equipment provides a complete anti-corrosion solution for oil & gas pipelines, municipal water supply, industrial fluid transmission, and other critical infrastructure.

The system simultaneously applies Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating to the inner pipe wall and a three-layer polyethylene (3LPE) external coating, forming a seamless, fully bonded protective layer that offers superior corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and a service life of over 50 years.

External 3LPE & Internal FBE Coating Line Process:

Upload pipe → Pipe screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Outer layer bonding polyethylene coating → Cooling spraying → Pipe screw conveyor → Pipe end face grinding → Unloading pipe.
