The Steel Pipe 3PE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line with Epoxy Powder is designed for high-performance corrosion protection of steel pipelines used in oil, gas, water, and infrastructure projects. This production line applies a three-layer coating system consisting of epoxy powder, hot melt adhesive, and polyethylene outer layer, ensuring excellent adhesion, mechanical strength, and long-term corrosion resistance.

The epoxy powder layer provides strong bonding and chemical resistance, while the hot melt adhesive enhances interlayer adhesion. The polyethylene outer coating offers outstanding impact resistance, moisture protection, and durability. With a stable and efficient production process, the line delivers uniform coating thickness and reliable quality.

This 3PE coating line supports a wide range of pipe diameters and can be customized to meet specific project requirements. 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of the first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer, and outer polyethylene layer.

The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating is advanced technology as the outer protective layer of buried pipe, widely used in the anti-corrosion of gas and oil transmission pipelines, urban gas supply, water supply pipes, and other fluid transmission pipelines. 3-layer PE anti corrosion coating can strengthen the pipeline's mechanical properties with high electrical resistance, waterproof, wearable, and anti-aging performance.
