The TPEP steel pipe coating line is designed for anti-corrosion coating of steel pipes in the factory. It is widely used in engineering projects, particularly in heating, gas, and oil sectors. The line can apply FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3-layer PE coatings.

The 3-layer PE coating consists of:

1. FBE Coating (inner layer): Provides strong corrosion resistance.
2. Adhesive Middle Layer: Enhances bonding between inner and outer layers.
3. Polyethylene Outer Layer: Offers mechanical protection and environmental durability.

Technological Process

Upload pipes → Screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Intermediate frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Adhesive & polyethylene outer layer coating → Cooling spray → Screw conveyor → Grinding pipe ends → Pipe unloading
