HDPE PU Foam Thermal Pre-insulated thin wall Pipe Extrusion Line is a high efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving which is developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co.Ltd., PU foam Pre-insulated Pipe Extrusion line is easy to operate with automatic control system and has long service life.


This production line is specially designed for manufacturing PU foam pre-insulated pipes widely used in district cooling, district heating, oil & gas, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the Middle East.HDPE jacket pipe is out case of thermal insulating pipe, which is widely used in central heating, oil, nature gas and other industrial area. 


HDPE jacket pipes are produced by vacuum calibration method, with smooth inner and outer walls, a long service life, good anti-corrosion and heat preservation performance, and excellent mechanical properties.
