Internal & External FBE coating Structure:

Epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating that, after curing, forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked coating with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The epoxy powder primer forms a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion to the steel pipe surface through bonding and curing, and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer binder bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and also bonds the polyethylene topcoat, combining the three layers together.
