3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) anti-corrosion steel pipe
3LPE anti-corrosion steel pipe consists of a three-layer structure, combining advanced technology and high-quality materials to provide excellent anti-corrosion protection for pipelines:
Base layer: epoxy powder coating, which is tightly bonded to the surface of the steel pipe and provides excellent anti-corrosion performance.
Middle layer: copolymer adhesive (with branched functional groups) to ensure that the base layer is firmly bonded to the surface layer.
Surface layer: high-density polyethylene (HDPE), providing mechanical protection, low water absorption and environmental adaptability.
