3 Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) Anti-Corrosion Steel Pipe Production Line for Oil & Gas
The 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE) anti-corrosion steel pipe production line is designed to apply a high-performance three-layer protective coating to steel pipes. By integrating advanced coating technology with high-quality materials, the system provides reliable and long-lasting corrosion protection for pipelines operating in demanding environments.

The coating system produced by this line consists of three functional layers:
Base Layer: Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder coating is applied directly to the steel pipe surface, forming a strong bond and delivering excellent corrosion resistance.
Middle Layer: A copolymer adhesive layer with functional groups is used to firmly bond the epoxy base layer with the outer polyethylene layer, ensuring structural stability.
Outer Layer: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is extruded as the outer protective layer, providing strong mechanical protection, low water absorption, and outstanding resistance to environmental factors.
Through this advanced three-layer coating process, the production line ensures uniform coating quality, improved pipeline durability, and a significantly extended service life.

In addition, the production line can efficiently apply epoxy powder coatings to both the internal and external surfaces of steel pipes, providing comprehensive anti-corrosion protection.
