Steel Pipe 3LPE Fbe Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line for Oil & Gas Pipeline

The Steel pipes corrosion-resistant coating line is utilized for applying protective coatings to steel pipes in the factory with different diameters, which is increasingly employed in a variety of engineering projects, particularly in the heating, gas, and oil industries.
The 3LPE corrosion-resistant coating can enhance the pipeline's mechanical characteristics with high electrical resistance, effective waterproofing, great durability, and remarkable aging resistance.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE Anticorrosion coating.
An initial FBE coating, a middle adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene layer constitute the 3 - layer LPE Anticorrosion coating.
