Steel Pipe Anticorrosion Coating Production Line

The steel pipe anticorrosion coating production line is designed for applying protective coatings on steel pipes of various diameters. It is widely used in engineering projects such as district heating networks, gas pipelines, and oil transmission systems.

This production line adopts advanced coating technology to provide excellent corrosion protection for steel pipes. The 3LPE coating system significantly improves the mechanical strength of pipelines and offers outstanding electrical insulation, waterproof performance, long service life, and strong resistance to aging.

The line supports multiple coating processes, including FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3-layer PE anticorrosion coatings.
The 3-layer PE (3LPE) coating structure consists of:

An inner fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) layer
A middle adhesive layer
An outer polyethylene (PE) protective layer

This multilayer structure ensures strong adhesion, reliable sealing, and superior long-term corrosion resistance.
